Plant Biotechnology Institute Addition and Renovation
	The new 4 storey facility is located on the U of S campus as an extension to the existing National Research Council building. The main floor has been completed as office space while the remaining 3 floors are currently being fitted as lab space. The mechanical features include a 500 ton chiller and closed circuit fluid cooler to serve the new building and the existing. There is a separate air handling unit for the main floor and one to supply make-up air to the lab floors. The lab air is exhausted by three air induced high plume fans located on the roof.
