PCS Centre - College of Commerce Addition
	The PCS Centre is a 1,200 square meter addition to the College of Commerce that was designed in 1998 and constructed in 1999. The buildings mechanical features include a dual duct ventilation system and a hydronic heating system. Steam from the University's Central Heating Plant is converted to hot water to heat the classrooms. Low pressure steam is utilized to provide heat for the vestibules.
