Parktown Hotel Addition and Renovation
	An additional three floor (75 rooms)were added to the top of the existing Parktown hotel located on Spadina Cres in downtown Saskatoon. Mechanical features include a new central exhaust system that exhausts rooms from the existing and the new floors. A heat pipe style heat recovery system was designed to recover the heat from the exhaust air and deliver it to the fresh air supply. The entire building has been renovated to install a new fire protection sprinkler system serving all areas.
